Small-radius curve cast-in-place box girder construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a small-radius curve cast-in-place box girder. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing an overwater steel trestle platform; constructing a pile foundation in water: measuring a pile hole of the pile foundation in water on the surface of the steel trestle platform by adopting a total station; preset notches are cut in the centers of the nine pile holes in the steel trestle platform; a crawler crane is adopted to downwards drive the pile casing into a rock stratum in the center of the pile hole; the adjacent pile casings are connected through steel pipes, so that the nine pile casings are connected into a whole; a cast-in-place box girder support formwork is erected; binding reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete. Due to the fact that the mode of building the overwater steel trestle platform is adopted to achieve the overwater construction operation condition, under the condition that the safety quality is guaranteed, the construction quality can be continuously optimized and adjusted in the process of constructing an underwater pile foundation, an underwater steel cofferdam bearing platform and an underwater pier body and building a cast-in-place formwork support to pour beam body concrete; and therefore, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种小半径曲线现浇箱梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:包括以下步骤:水上钢栈桥平台施工;水中桩基施工:在钢栈桥平台的表面采用全站仪测定出水中桩基的桩孔;在钢栈桥平台上的9个桩孔中心处割出预设的豁口;采用履带吊将护筒向下打入桩孔中心处的岩层中;相邻护筒均采用钢管连接,使9个护筒连接成一个整体;现浇箱梁支架模板的搭设;绑扎钢筋及浇筑混凝土。由于采用搭建水上钢栈桥平台的方式实现水上施工作业条件,能在保证安全质量的情况下,通过对施工水中桩基、水中钢围堰承台、水中墩身及搭设现浇模板支架浇筑梁身混凝土的过程中不断优化调整施工质量的控制,来完成对小曲线半径箱梁的施工,大大提升工效、减少了工期。
