The invention provides a coiled material laying device which comprises a box body, and a plurality of rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the box body; the winding drum is fixed in the box body, and the coiled material is sleeved on the winding drum; the strip-shaped hole is formed in the bottom of the box body and corresponds to the winding drum; the laying roller is connected to the bottom of the box body in a height-adjustable mode and located on one side of the strip-shaped hole, and the coiled material penetrates through the strip-shaped hole and bypasses the laying roller; the pressing plate is installed at the bottom of the box body and located on the side portion, away from the strip-shaped hole, of the laying roller, the pressing plate can move up and down in a reciprocating mode, the box body is moved in the direction, away from the pressing plate, of the laying roller, and the pressing plate moves up and down in a reciprocating mode so that the coiled material can be fixed to the ground.
