The device is high in automation degree, constructors can remotely control the device to lay waterproof coiled materials in a safe area through cooperation of a remote controller and a controller arranged in the device, the device can adapt to construction of various dangerous scenes, and construction safety is improved. When construction is carried out on the roof with the parapet wall, the flattening roller can be driven by the coiled material laying box to move to the rear portion of the frame beam, the swing driving device drives the flattening roller to swing, and the ninth telescopic device stretches out and draws back, so that the flattening roller can move to the parapet wall from the roof, and rolling treatment is carried out on waterproof materials on the parapet wall.
