The invention discloses self-compacting concrete for a second lining of a large-section tunnel in a water-rich environment. The self-compacting concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 300-340kg/m < 3 > of cement; 15-30 kg/m < 3 > of sulphoaluminate cement; 18-32 kg/m < 3 > of fumed silica; 30-60 kg/m < 3 > of hollow glass beads; 10-25 kg/m < 3 > of a polyurethane resin emulsion; 4-8 kg/m < 3 > of a thickening agent; 780-870 kg/m < 3 > of machine-made sand; the crushed stones are 980-1100 kg/m < 3 >; 160-176kg/m < 3 > of water; and 4.2-5 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducer. The expansion degree of the prepared self-compacting concrete can reach 600 +/-50 mm, the self-compacting concrete is free of segregation and bleeding, good in working performance and capable of meeting the on-site pumping requirement, the bonding force between cement and aggregate is high, the 28-d strength of the prepared concrete can reach 50 MPa or above, meanwhile, the compactness is high, the anti-permeability grade reaches P12, and the self-compacting concrete can be applied to the field of concrete construction. The contradiction of mutual restriction among the mechanical property, the working property and the impermeability of common concrete is solved, various performance requirements of the concrete for the second lining of the large-section tunnel in the water-rich environment are met, rework caused by the quality problem of the concrete is reduced, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the project cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种用于富水环境下大断面隧道二衬自密实混凝土，自密实混凝土包括以下按质量份数计的各组分：水泥300‑340kg/m3；硫铝酸盐水泥15‑30kg/m3；气相二氧化硅18‑32kg/m3；空心玻璃微珠30‑60kg/m3；聚氨酯树脂乳液10‑25kg/m3；增稠剂4‑8kg/m3；机制砂780‑870kg/m3；碎石980～1100kg/m3；水160‑176kg/m3；减水剂4.2‑5kg/m3。本发明制备的自密实混凝土其扩展度可达600±50mm，且不离析不泌水，工作性能良好，满足现场泵送要求，水泥和骨料之间的粘结力强，配制出的混凝土28d强度可达50MPa以上，同时密实度高，抗渗等级达到了P12，解决了普通混凝土力学性能、工作性能、抗渗性能之间相互制约的矛盾，符合富水环境下大断面隧道二衬用混凝土各项性能要求，减少了因混凝土质量问题造成的返工，大大提高了施工效率，节约了项目成本。
