The invention provides a rollaway nest beam device and a long steel rail transport vehicle. The rollaway nest beam device comprises a first rollaway nest beam, a second rollaway nest beam, a supporting assembly, a rollaway nest lock, a plurality of roller assemblies, two stand columns and at least one bracket. The second rollaway nest beam comprises two sections of sub rollaway nest beams; two stand columns are arranged at the two ends of the first roller path beam, and outer sleeves are arranged at the first ends of the two sub roller path beams and arranged on the stand columns in a sleeving mode. One end of the supporting assembly is connected with the middle of the first roller path beam, and the other end is supported at the second ends of the two sub roller path beams; the second ends of the two sections of sub roller path beams are connected with the supporting assembly through the roller path lock; the roller assembly is arranged on the first roller path beam and the second roller path beam; the bracket is arranged on the same side of the stand column and supports the second end of the sub roller path beam. The raceway beam device provided by the invention is used for solving the problems of collapse and deformation of the raceway beam caused by overweight bearing of the raceway beam due to the fact that the length of the raceway beam is relatively long and the two ends of each layer of raceway beam are only fixed with the upright posts in the long-term transportation of the full-load steel rail.
