Cover beam structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a bent cap structure and a construction method thereof. The bent cap structure comprises a pier, a prefabricated groove body, a second reinforced concrete combination block, a first reinforced concrete combination block and a prestress assembly. The prefabricated groove body is used for being installed on a pier and comprises a pier top groove section and two cantilever groove sections which are separated from each other through a partition plate. The two second reinforced concrete combination blocks are fixed into the two cantilever groove sections correspondingly, and the first reinforced concrete combination block is fixed into the pier top groove section. The prestress assembly comprises a first prestress rib and a second prestress rib. The first prestressed tendons are installed on the first reinforced concrete combination blocks so as to balance the bending moment of the first reinforced concrete combination blocks. The two ends of the second prestressed tendon are fixed to the two second reinforced concrete combination blocks correspondingly so as to balance the bending moment of the two second reinforced concrete combination blocks. The mode of combining the prefabricated groove body and cast-in-place is adopted, the transportation and hoisting difficulty is lowered, and the strength, durability and construction efficiency of the cover beam are improved.
