The invention discloses a telegraph pole temporary stay wire device which comprises a climbing assembly used for being arranged on a telegraph pole in a sleeving mode, the climbing assembly comprises two climbing main bodies, the first ends of the two climbing main bodies are hinged to each other, the second ends of the two climbing main bodies are detachably connected with each other, and a mounting space used for containing the telegraph pole is defined between the two climbing main bodies; the driving assembly is installed on the climbing assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the climbing assembly to move in the length direction of the telegraph pole; the locking assembly is installed on the climbing assembly, and the locking assembly is used for being selectively connected and fixed to a telegraph pole; one end of the pull rope assembly is connected with the climbing assembly, and the other end is fixed on the ground. One end of the pull rope assembly is automatically installed on the top of the telegraph pole through the climbing assembly, and the situation that an operator climbs to the telegraph pole to install the pull rope assembly is avoided. Therefore, the temporary wire drawing device for the telegraph pole has the advantage of being high in operation safety.
