Pervious concrete containing porous hybrid fiber modified recycled aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses pervious concrete containing porous hybrid fiber modified recycled aggregate, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1000 to 1200 parts of porous hybrid fiber modified recycled aggregate, 280 to 320 parts of cement, 90 to 100 parts of water, 300 to 320 parts of silica fume and 6.5 to 7 parts of water reducing agent, the preparation method of the porous hybrid fiber modified recycled aggregate comprises the following steps: dissolving polyacrylonitrile and polymethyl methacrylate in N, N-dimethylformamide, heating and stirring until solids are dissolved to prepare a spinning solution, preparing fibers by adopting an electrostatic spinning process, putting the fibers into a muffle furnace, and sequentially carrying out pre-oxidation and high-temperature carbonization treatment, so as to obtain the porous hybrid fiber modified recycled aggregate. Porous carbon fibers are prepared; the porous carbon fiber and the graphene oxide dispersion liquid are mixed and subjected to ultrasonic treatment, then the recycled aggregate is added, stirring treatment is conducted, and then drying is conducted. The method provided by the invention is simple to operate, and the prepared concrete not only has good water permeability, but also has good mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种含有多孔杂化纤维改性再生骨料的透水混凝土,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:多孔杂化纤维改性再生骨料1000‑1200份,水泥280‑320份,水90‑100份,硅灰300‑320份,减水剂6.5‑7份;所述多孔杂化纤维改性再生骨料的制备方法为:将聚丙烯腈和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶解在N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺中,加热搅拌至固体溶解制得纺丝液,采用静电纺丝工艺制得纤维,将纤维置于马弗炉内依次进行预氧化和高温炭化处理,制得多孔碳纤维;将多孔碳纤维与氧化石墨烯分散液混合超声处理,之后加入再生骨料,搅拌处理,之后进行干燥制得。本发明提供的方法操作简单,制得的混凝土不仅透水性好,且力学性能佳。
