The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and particularly discloses a synthesis process of a slow-release slump retaining agent polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which comprises the following steps: mixing 3600 +/-50 parts of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether and 2800 +/-40 parts of deionized water to prepare a macromonomer aqueous solution, and adding an initiator into the macromonomer aqueous solution; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 180 parts of acrylic acid, 200 parts of hydroxyethyl ester, 30 parts of orthophosphate and deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution A; mixing a chain transfer agent, vitamin C and deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution B; simultaneously dropwise adding the aqueous solution A and the aqueous solution B into the reaction kettle, and controlling the reaction temperature at 42-45 DEG C in the dropwise adding process; after the water solution B is dropwise added, controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle at 42-45 DEG C, keeping the temperature for a period of time, and then adding liquid caustic soda into the reaction kettle for neutralization; the scheme is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, the slump of a water reducing agent is basically not lost in 2-3 hours, and concrete cannot be kept to meet the use requirement after 4-6 hours.
本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,具体公开了缓释保坍剂聚羧酸减水剂合成工艺,包括如下步骤:将3600份±50份的异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚和2800份±40份去离子水并混合配成大单体水溶液,向大单体水溶液中加入引发剂;将180份的丙烯酸、200份的羟乙酯、30份的正磷酸盐和去离子水混合制得水溶液A;将链转移剂、维生素C和去离子水混合制得水溶液B;同时向反应釜中滴加水溶液A和水溶液B,滴加过程中反应温度控制在42℃‑45℃;水溶液B滴加完毕后,控制反应釜温度在42‑45℃并保温一段时间,之后向反应釜内加入液碱进行中和。本方案用以解决现有技术中减水剂只能做到2‑3小时坍落度基本不损失而无法做到4‑6小时后还能让混凝土保持满足使用要求的问题。
