The aluminum-chromium unshaped refractory material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 58 parts of fused white corundum, 22 to 27 parts of calcined aluminum oxide micro powder, 10 to 15 parts of chromium oxide green micro powder, 3 parts of solid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 2 parts of modified bentonite, 0.1 part of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2 part of lignosulfonate and 10 to 15 parts of water. The melting point of the prepared refractory material can reach 1600 DEG C or above, meanwhile, the refractory material has excellent pressure resistance and breaking strength, the adhesion rate reaches 95%, the refractory material can be directly gunned to the surface of an alumina-chrome brick, the alumina-chrome brick of a furnace wall working layer can be repaired and protected from further erosion on line, the service life of the refractory material of the working layer is greatly prolonged, and the refractory material is suitable for industrial production. And the operation rate of the plasma incinerator is improved.
本发明公开了一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:电熔白刚玉58份、煅烧氧化铝微粉22‑27份、氧化铬绿微粉10‑15份、固体磷酸二氢铝3份、改性膨润土2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份、木质素磺酸盐0.2份、水10‑15份。本发明制备出的耐火材料熔点能达到1600℃以上,同时具有极好的耐压及抗折强度,附着率达到95%,可将其直接喷补到铝铬砖的表面,可以在线修补,保护炉壁工作层铝铬砖被进一步侵蚀,大大的延长了工作层耐火材料的使用寿命,提高了等离子焚烧炉的作业率。
