Float-type guide rail
The invention discloses a float-type guide rail for a rail drilling machine, and relates to the technical field of oil field drilling and repairing operation equipment. And the track drilling machine can be circularly mounted and used, so that the track drilling machine can move towards infinitely far positions along the guide rails. The whole guide rail is of a steel frame structure and is in a float-type totally-closed shape, a steel rail beam is arranged in the middle for wheels of the rail drilling machine to walk, and bearing beams are arranged on the two sides respectively for mechanical supporting legs to transmit loads when the rail drilling machine works. The guide rail is used, drilling machine parts do not need to be disassembled when the drilling machine moves from one wellhead to the next wellhead, and moving time and cost are saved. Only gravel needs to be laid under the drilling machine, a concrete foundation does not need to be built, the drilling period is shortened, and the drilling cost is reduced. The cavity inside the guide rail serves as a steam channel and is used for heating and separating when the bottom face of the guide rail is frozen from the ground in winter. The float-type guide rail is of a totally-closed float structure, and when the ground is soft in spring and the foundation is wrapped by muddy water, the self weight of the guide rail can be counteracted by buoyancy of the float. The guide rail is shuttle-shaped and is suitable for being dragged on the muddy ground.
