The invention discloses a composite phase change brick, a preparation method thereof and a wall. The composite phase change brick comprises an indoor side phase change brick and an outdoor side phase change brick which are connected with each other, and the mass of the indoor side phase change brick is the same as that of the outdoor side phase change brick; wherein materials for forming the indoor side phase change brick comprise a phase change material with the phase change temperature of 26-30 DEG C, porous silicon dioxide extracted from construction waste and a high-thermal-conductivity material; or the materials for forming the indoor side phase change brick comprise the phase change material with the phase change temperature of 26-30 DEG C and expanded graphite; materials for forming the outdoor side phase change brick comprise a phase change material with the phase change temperature of 31-35 DEG C, porous silicon dioxide extracted from construction waste and a low-thermal-conductivity material. The composite phase change brick disclosed by the invention can play a role in both winter and summer; moreover, the material for forming the composite phase change brick comprises the porous silicon dioxide extracted from the construction waste, so that the construction waste can be effectively utilized, and the influence of the waste on the environment is reduced.
