A heat preservation and sound insulation type floor assembly comprises a decoration panel, sound insulation baffles and a heat preservation bottom plate which are arranged from top to bottom, tenon structures are evenly arranged on the side edges, not in contact with a wall body, of the sound insulation baffles and the heat preservation bottom plate, and the adjacent sound insulation baffles and heat preservation bottom plates are spliced together through the tenon structures. Strip-shaped protruding structures are further evenly arranged on the upper surface of the sound insulation baffle, conical protruding point structures are evenly arranged on the lower surface of the sound insulation baffle, the space between the decoration panel and the sound insulation baffle is filled with a high-strength concrete mortar layer, and gaps between the strip-shaped protruding structures are filled with the high-strength concrete mortar layer. Strip-shaped concrete mortar layers are evenly filled between the sound insulation baffle and the heat preservation bottom plate, strip-shaped sound insulation gaps are formed between the strip-shaped concrete mortar layers, and guide channels are formed between the strip-shaped sound insulation gaps and the outer wall direction. The structure is simple, and the sound insulation effect and the heat preservation effect are good.
