The invention discloses a heavy supporting frame which is characterized by comprising a square structure supporting unit formed by four triangular frame components which are arranged on the same horizontal plane and are buckled and encircled in a ring-by-ring mode. The multiple supporting units are stacked layer by layer to form the supporting frame. The tripod component comprises a main limb, an inclined lacing, a lock hole opening, a lock catch end, a sleeve end and a socket end. The main limb comprises a vertical support and a horizontal support; the inclined lacing is fixedly connected with the free ends of the vertical support and the horizontal support; the lock holes and the lock catch ends are located at the two ends of the horizontal support respectively, at least one lock hole is fixedly connected to the vertical support, and the lock catch ends corresponding to the lock holes are fixedly connected to the horizontal support; the sleeve end and the socket end are arranged at the two ends of the vertical support respectively. According to the method, the economical efficiency, the safety, the high precision and the high efficiency of heavy supporting frame construction can be comprehensively met.
