The steel pipe pile of each pile foundation is inserted into the shallow covering layer riverbed, and on one hand, the steel pipe piles can guide construction of the corresponding concrete anchor piles; on the other hand, the steel pipe piles can serve as supports to be used for construction of connecting beams on the upper portion of the drilling platform, pile foundation construction and connecting beam construction do not interfere with each other, construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction period is shortened.
