Method for integrally lifting and installing double-layer steel trusses after overlapping and assembling on ground
The invention relates to a method for integrally lifting and mounting after overlapping and splicing double-layer steel trusses on the ground. Steel structural members enter a site, and hydraulic lifting equipment enters the site; arranging an assembly jig frame; the position of each lifting point is determined, and each lifting support is installed to the top of the corresponding main body structure steel column and is welded, connected and fixed; splicing a lower-layer truss; the lifters arranged on the lifting support in a matched mode are sequentially installed, and meanwhile the steel strands arranged in a matched mode are installed; the lower lifting appliance is installed on the upper-layer truss main body structure, and the lower-layer truss and the main body structure are fixedly connected in a welded mode through high-strength bolts; rigid connection nodes of the upper-layer truss and the lower-layer truss are disconnected; and lifting and unloading are carried out. According to the construction method, after the large-span double-layer two-way cross type steel trusses are overlapped and spliced on the ground, most work can be transferred to the ground by adopting an integral lifting process and a construction method of respectively mounting in place, so that potential safety hazards are reduced, the construction quality is improved, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the construction progress is ensured.
本发明是一种在地面重叠拼装双层钢桁架后整体提升安装的方法;钢结构构件进场,液压提升设备进场;设置拼装胎架;确定各提升吊点位置,并将各提升支架安装至对应主体结构钢柱柱顶,焊接连接固定;下层桁架拼装;依次将提升支架上配套设置的提升器进行安装,同时将配套设置的钢绞线进行安装;将提升下吊具安装至上层桁架主体结构上将下层桁架与主体结构采用高强螺栓、焊接连接固定;将上层、下层桁架的刚性连接节点断开;进行提升卸载。本发明将大跨度双层双向交叉型钢桁架在地面进行重叠拼装后、采用整体提升工艺、分别安装就位的施工方法可以将绝大部分工作转移至地面进行,降低安全隐患、提高施工质量,且有效提高施工效率、保证施工进度。
