The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving ceramic powder, a sintering aid, a dispersing agent and a binding agent, and carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain ceramic slurry with the solid content of 50-55wt%; performing granulation on the ceramic slurry by using spray granulation equipment to obtain the granulated powder; the process parameters of the spray granulation equipment are as follows: the inlet temperature is 170-175 DEG C, preferably 172-175 DEG C; the outlet temperature is 70-74 DEG C, preferably 72-74 DEG C; the rotating speed of the atomizer is 7000 to 9000 rpm (revolutions per minute), preferably 8400 to 8800 rpm; the cyclone pressure difference ranges from 0.8 kPa to 1.2 kPa, and preferably ranges from 0.95 kPa to 1.05 kPa; the feeding speed ranges from 0.4 L/min to 0.6 L/min, and preferably ranges from 0.45 L/min to 0.55 L/min.
