The invention relates to a support device for concrete construction of an integrally prefabricated pi-shaped composite beam. An existing formwork device is inconvenient to mount and dismount and low in construction efficiency. The support device comprises a formwork structure, a beam lattice structure and a stand column structure which are sequentially arranged in an up-and-down supporting mode, the formwork structure comprises a shelving area formwork and folding area formworks arranged on the two sides of the shelving area formwork, and the beam lattice structure comprises an auxiliary box beam and a main box beam which are arranged in an up-and-down supporting mode; the stand column structure comprises two rows of folding type telescopic column sets which are transversely and oppositely arranged, each row of folding type telescopic column set comprises at least two folding type telescopic columns which are longitudinally arranged, and the two rows of folding type telescopic column sets are oppositely folded and stretch out and draw back so as to adjust the height of the formwork structure. The transverse bridge side width of the whole formwork structure can be reduced, so that construction can be directly carried out in a hoisting vertical lowering mode, meanwhile, the stand column structure is foldable and telescopic, rapid mounting and dismounting can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种用于整体预制π形组合梁混凝土施工的支架装置。现有的模板装置不仅安装和拆卸不便,施工效率低。本发明提供的支架装置,包括依次上下支撑设置的模板结构、梁格结构和立柱结构,模板结构包括搁置区模板和设置在搁置区模板两侧的折叠区模板,梁格结构包括上下支撑设置副箱梁和主箱梁,立柱结构包括两列横向相对设置的折叠式伸缩柱组,每例折叠式伸缩柱组包括至少纵向排列的2个折叠式伸缩柱,两列折叠式伸缩柱组相对折叠伸缩以调节所述模板结构的高度。本发明可缩小整个模板结构的横桥侧宽度,因此可直接采用吊装的竖直下放方式施工,同时立柱结构可折叠式伸缩,可实现快速安装拆卸,提高施工效率。
