The invention belongs to the technical field of irrigation devices, and discloses an ecological terraced field rainwater collection, water storage and self-drainage irrigation system which comprises a water storage component, a water drainage component, a water drainage component and a water drainage component. The water inlet component is mounted on the water storage component, and the water inlet component is used for pumping water and inputting the water into a cavity in the water storage component; and the drainage component is mounted on the water storage component, and the drainage component is used for pumping water in the inner cavity of the water storage component and discharging the water. When a water body is sucked through the water inlet cover, the water body impacts a side plate, the side plate drives a rotating roller and a connecting shaft to rotate, a first bevel gear is driven to rotate through the connecting shaft, then a second bevel gear is driven to rotate, a connecting rod drives a scraping plate to rotate, a water inlet hole in the water inlet cover is scraped, and water can continuously enter the water body through the water inlet hole; the water inlet cover is prevented from being blocked by sundries, so that the water inlet cover can suck water to the maximum extent, and the water sucking efficiency of the water inlet cover is improved.
