本发明涉及保温材料材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碳纤维硬质保温毡及其制备方法。采用新型糖类为碳源,制备出溶胶‑凝胶粘结剂,所述溶胶‑凝胶粘结剂,采用丙烯酰胺作为单体,N‑N'亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐为引发剂,糖类为碳源;所述的碳源为蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖或果糖;研发了一种新型碳纤维硬毡制备方法,能够减少碳毡的杂质含量,延长碳毡的使用寿命,并且制备工艺简单,生产出的硬质碳纤维保温毡能够满足半导体行业的使用要求。
