Carbon fiber insulation felt and purification method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon fiber insulation felt and a purification method thereof. The purification method comprises the following steps: S1, taking a pre-purified carbon fiber insulation felt prepared by low-temperature carbonization treatment; s2, performing low-temperature purification on the pre-purified carbon fiber insulation felt at the purification temperature of 600-1200 DEG C to obtain a carbon felt; s3, carrying out graphitization treatment on the carbon felt in the S2 to obtain a graphite carbon fiber insulation felt; and S4, performing high-temperature purification on the graphite carbon fiber insulation felt, wherein the purification temperature is 1800-2000 DEG C. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out primary purification by adopting a low-temperature purification treatment process, so that the ash content in the carbon fiber felt is reduced to be less than 100ppm; then, a graphitization high-temperature heat treatment process is adopted, and the ash content in the carbon fiber heat preservation felt is further reduced to 50 ppm or below. Finally, a high-temperature purification treatment process is adopted, so that the ash content in the carbon fiber heat preservation felt is reduced to 10 ppm or below, and the high-purity carbon fiber heat preservation felt is obtained. The purification method is easy to operate and low in equipment requirement, and the low-temperature purification process has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, small in equipment corrosion and the like.
