Fabricated airport pavement structure and assembling method
The assembly type airport pavement structure and the assembly method comprise the following steps that longitudinal joints of an assembly type pavement are parallel to the center line of the pavement, pavement slabs are divided into long strips, and then the long strips are divided into single plate bodies through transverse joints; longitudinal and transverse joints of the fabricated pavement are through joints, the longitudinal joints extend from the head end to the tail end of the pavement, and the transverse joints extend from left to right of the pavement. The assembly type pavement is divided into pavement units according to transverse joints, transverse unit plate bodies of the pavement are symmetrically paved from middle plate blocks to the two sides, and the pavement unit at the head end is pushed towards the pavement unit at the tail end in a single direction. In the transverse seam direction, flat seams are in socket connection through dowel bars; and after the splicing, the prestressed steel strands penetrate through the splicing grooves and the splicing grooves to be connected in a tensioning manner. The pavement mode and the connection mode of the pavement slab can adapt to the gradual change distribution rule of the stress of the surface layer of the airport pavement. According to the assembly type airport pavement structure and the splicing method, the pavement slabs are prefabricated in an assembly type prefabrication factory and formed in batches, the quality is controllable, the pavement slabs are transported to a site to be quickly paved, and the paving efficiency is high.
一种装配式机场道面结构与拼装方法,包括以下步骤:装配式道面纵缝平行于道面中线,把道面板划分成长条带,横缝再把长条带划分为单块板体。装配式道面的纵横缝采用通缝,纵缝由道面首端到末端,横缝从道面左到右。装配式道面按横缝划分铺装单元,道面横向单元板体由中间板块向两侧对称铺装,由首端铺装单元向末端铺装单元单方向推进。横缝方向为平缝采用传力杆承插连接;纵缝方向为企口缝,拼装再后穿预应力钢绞线张拉连接。道面板铺装方式和连接方式能适应机场道面面层应力的渐变分布的规律。本发明提供的一种装配式机场道面结构与拼装方法,道面板在装配式预制厂预制,批量成型,质量可控,运输至现场快速铺装,铺装效率高。
