According to the ocean platform lifting system and the control method thereof, the lifting system comprises an ocean platform, a control system, a plurality of lifting driving mechanisms, a plurality of pile legs and a plurality of double-shaft tilt angle sensors, a plurality of pile holes are evenly formed in the outer side of the ocean platform, and the lifting driving mechanisms are fixedly arranged in the pile holes; a climbing gear is fixedly arranged on a power output shaft of the lifting driving mechanism, a rack meshed with the climbing gear is arranged on the side portion of the pile leg, the pile leg penetrates through the pile hole and then is in transmission fit with the lifting driving mechanism, and a plurality of double-shaft tilt angle sensors are evenly distributed on the ocean platform and connected with a control system. And the control system controls the work of each lifting driving mechanism. According to the design, the automatic pile standing function can be achieved, the automation degree of the system is effectively improved, the mud entering depth of the pile leg can be guaranteed through the torque sensor, the dip angle of the ocean platform is detected through the double-shaft dip angle sensor, and the safety of pile standing operation is effectively improved.
一种海洋平台升降系统及其控制方法,其中升降系统包括:海洋平台、控制系统、多个升降驱动机构、多根桩腿与多个双轴倾角传感器,海洋平台的外侧均匀开设有与多个桩孔,各个桩孔内都固定设置有升降驱动机构,升降驱动机构的动力输出轴上固定设置有爬升齿轮,桩腿的侧部设置有与爬升齿轮相啮合的齿条,桩腿穿过桩孔后与升降驱动机构传动配合,海洋平台上均布有多个双轴倾角传感器,双轴倾角传感器与控制系统相连接,控制系统控制各个升降驱动机构的工作。本设计不仅可以实现自动站桩功能,有效提高系统的自动化程度,而且可以通过扭矩传感器保证桩腿的入泥深度,并通过双轴倾角传感器检测海洋平台倾角,有效提高站桩作业的安全性。
