OCEAN PLATFORM OIL CYLINDER LIFTING CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM
An ocean platform oil cylinder lifting control method and a system. The control method comprises: a controller receives an actual displacement of an oil cylinder ascending or descending acquired by a displacement sensor located on the oil cylinder, and an initial displacement sent by an upper computer is subtracted from the actual displacement to obtain a deviation displacement; and the controller sends the deviation displacement to a servo valve, and the servo valve controls the corresponding deviation displacement of the ascension and descension the oil cylinder. By using the described method, real time adjustment is performed on an oil cylinder according to the error of the oil cylinder ascending or descending, such that the oil cylinder can ascend or descend according to a predetermined displacement, guaranteeing the synchronous movement of each oil cylinder.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de commande de levage de vérin hydraulique de station océanographique. Le procédé de commande consiste à : recevoir, par un dispositif de commande, un mouvement réel d'un vérin hydraulique montant ou descendant acquis par un capteur de mouvement situé sur le vérin hydraulique, et soustraire un mouvement initial envoyé par un ordinateur supérieur du mouvement réel pour obtenir un mouvement d'écart ; et envoyer, par le dispositif de commande, le mouvement d'écart à une soupape asservie, et commander, par la soupape asservie, le mouvement d'écart correspondant de la montée et de la descente du vérin hydraulique. L'utilisation du procédé révélé permet d'effectuer un réglage en temps réel d'un vérin hydraulique conformément à l'erreur de la montée ou de la descente du vérin hydraulique, ce qui permet au vérin hydraulique de pouvoir monter ou descendre conformément à un mouvement prédéfini, ce qui garantit le mouvement synchrone de chaque vérin hydraulique.
