The invention provides a sinking type vertical shaft deep layer horizontal displacement real-time monitoring system. One or more sets of sinking type vertical shaft horizontal displacement monitoring devices correspondingly arranged in the sinking direction of a sinking type vertical shaft are used for measuring horizontal displacement monitoring data of all ring pipe pieces. Wherein the monitoring part is used for measuring horizontal displacement monitoring data of each ring pipe piece through wire grooves formed in the ring pipe pieces which are mounted on the sunken vertical shaft and are sequentially arranged in the sinking direction.
