The invention discloses a novel quick closing machine, which relates to a valve control mechanism and comprises an electric device. A jaw clutch, a manual clutch, an electromagnetic brake, a gear transmission mechanism and an adjustable centrifugal speed limiter are sequentially arranged on the main shaft from top to bottom; the electric device is connected with a movable part of the jaw clutch through a first three-melon coupling; a movable part of the jaw clutch, the manual clutch and a movable part of the electromagnetic brake are arranged on an upper shaft body of the main shaft; a static part of the electromagnetic brake, the gear transmission mechanism and the adjustable centrifugal speed limiter are sequentially connected with a lower shaft body of the main shaft; during power failure, the combination of the movable part and the static part of the jaw clutch can be realized through the manual clutch; by arranging the manual clutch mechanism, the adjustable centrifugal speed limiter and the buffer, the novel quick closing machine which is simple in structure, stable in performance and reliable in work is obtained.
