Process for preparing cement retarder from plaster mold
The invention discloses a process for preparing a cement retarder from a plaster mold. The process comprises the following steps: S1, crushing and screening the selected plaster mold; s2, grouping the selected plaster molds, and carrying out moisture determination; s3, drying treatment is conducted on the group where the plaster mold with the water content higher than 5.5% is located; s4, controlling the water content of the plaster mold groups to be consistent, and determining the SO3 content; and S5, adding different groups of plaster molds as retarders into cement, measuring the performance of the cement, selecting the optimal mixing amount, setting different SO3 contents of the raw materials of the plaster molds to different mixing amount groups which are 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% and 7% in sequence according to the SO3 contents of the different groups measured in the S4, and mixing the SO3 contents of the raw materials of the plaster molds into the cement raw materials with the same weight. The gypsum mold is used for replacing natural gypsum and desulfurized gypsum to serve as the retarder, the problems that the natural gypsum is high in price and the desulfurized gypsum is high in moisture and not easy to discharge are solved, the cement production cost is effectively reduced, and the cement performance is more excellent.
