The invention discloses a preparation process of a cement retarder, which comprises the following steps: S1, using online produced fresh gypsum as a raw material, firstly adopting a water washing mode to re-slurry the fresh phosphogypsum, and controlling the stirring time and re-slurry concentration indexes; s2, filtering the fully stirred slurry, and carrying out on-line water washing to ensure the water washing effect; s3, re-pulping the filtered ardealite, adding a modifier at the same time, controlling related indexes, and ensuring the reaction time and the modification effect; and S4, filtering the re-pulped slurry, and dehydrating to prepare the cement retarder. The phosphogypsum is washed with water, so that soluble impurities such as p and F can be effectively removed, and meanwhile, a product meeting the requirements of the phosphogypsum cement retarder can be produced under the action of the modifier.
本发明公开了一种水泥缓凝剂制备工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、原料用在线生产的新鲜石膏,先采用水洗的方式,对新鲜磷石膏进行再浆,通过搅拌时间、再浆浓度指标进行控制;S2、将充分搅拌的浆料进行过滤,并进行在线水洗,保证水洗效果;S3、过滤后的磷石膏再次再浆,同时添加改性剂,控制好相关指标,保证反应时间及改性效果;S4、对再浆浆料进行过滤,通过脱水制成水泥缓凝剂。本发明对磷石膏进行水洗能有效的去除可溶性p、F等杂质,同时在改性剂的作用下能够生产出满足磷石膏水泥缓凝剂的要求产品。
