The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plaster hydration retardant based on plant protein and gypsum hydration retardant manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a double plaster hydration retardant comprises: a step (S1) of processing plant to extract plant protein in powder form; a step (S2) of obtaining fibril granules made of cellulose from wood or non-wood materials; a step (S4) of obtaining inorganic or non-combustible ash; and a step (S5) of stirring and mixing the plant protein, fibril granules, and ash obtained in the steps (S1), (S2), and (S4).
본 발명은 식물성 단백질을 주제로 한 석고 수화반응 지연제 제조방법 및 그에 의하여 제조되는 석고 수화반응 지연제에 관한 것으로서, 이중 석고 수화반응 지연제를 제조하는 방법은, 식물을 가공하여 분말 형태의 식물성 단백질을 추출하는 단계(S1)와; 목재 또는 비목재 재료로부터 셀룰로오스로 된 피브릴 그래뉼을 얻는 단계(S2)와; 무기질 또는 불연성의 회분을 얻는 단계(S4)와; 단계(S1)(S2)(S4)에서 얻어진 식물성 단백질과 피브릴 그래뉼과 회분을 교반 혼합하는 단계(S5);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
