The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) processing and manufacturing the spherical hinge; (2) manufacturing the prefabricated structures of the upper and lower spherical hinges; (3) constructing the lower bearing platform and installing the lower spherical hinge; (4) installing the upper spherical hinge and the prefabricated parts; the steel-concrete composite structure is reasonable in design and simple in structure, the concrete prefabricated part is used for connecting the spherical hinge and the bearing platform part, concrete outside the spherical hinge and the steel spherical hinge are connected into a whole, the problems that the concrete of the connecting part of the spherical hinge and the lower bearing platform is nonuniform in vibration and insufficient in connecting strength can be effectively solved, the integrity of the steel-concrete composite structure is fully guaranteed, and the service life of the steel-concrete composite structure is prolonged. And development and popularization of the swivel construction method are facilitated.
