The swivel bearing platform structure comprises an upper bearing platform, a lower bearing platform, an upper spherical hinge, a lower spherical hinge and a caulking groove reinforcing mesh, stiffening ribs are arranged on the arc surfaces of the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge, the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge are steel spherical hinges, round holes are formed in the side faces of the stiffening ribs of the upper spherical hinge, connecting steel bars penetrate through the round holes, and the caulking groove reinforcing mesh is arranged on the lower spherical hinge. And the connecting reinforcing steel bars are connected with the caulking groove reinforcing mesh. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing the spherical hinge support; (2) welding a welding stud connecting piece; (3) pouring lower bearing platform concrete and mounting a slideway and a base; (4) mounting a spherical hinge; (5) mounting a supporting foot, a traction counter-force seat and a sand box; (6) binding a caulking groove reinforcing mesh; (7) binding connecting steel bars; and (8) pouring upper bearing platform concrete. The steel ball hinge is reasonable in design and simple in structure, the concrete in the spherical hinge and the steel ball hinge are connected into a whole, the problem that the connecting strength of the concrete of the upper bearing platform and the concrete in the spherical hinge and the steel ball hinge is not enough is effectively solved, and development and popularization of a swivel construction method are facilitated.
