Recycling method of red mud and copper smelting waste (acid sludge)
Red mud is solid waste generated in industrial production of aluminum oxide, and acid sludge refers to various acidic waste residues containing silicon iron and waste residues generated in copper smelting. The invention relates to two waste residues, and relates to a decomposition method which is artificially caused by the fact that useful metals cannot be separated during production, namely the full name of the invention. Red mud and copper slag are heated to 950 DEG C according to the ratio of 1: 1, iron is reduced to form heavy metal, the heavy metal is volatilized into a dust collector for fusion separation, residues are subjected to rotary roasting to form balls, the balls are used as building materials, and the specific steps are described in the specification and attached drawings. Figure 1 is a coarse iron powder part obtained by mixing and magnetically separating two kinds of waste residues. Figure 2 is a part of pelletizing and roasting the selected coarse iron powder. Figure 3 is that the roasted pellets are crushed into 80-120-mesh selected pure iron powder. And Figure 4 is a building ceramsite part prepared by mixing, pelletizing and roasting the tailings produced in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Through the process, the two solid wastes are thoroughly recycled.
赤泥是工业生产氧化铝所产生的固废物,酸渣是指各种含硅铁的酸性废渣,现以炼铜所产的废渣。本发明所述是两种废渣,在生产时人为的造成不可将有用的金属分离出的一种分解方法即本发明的全称。赤泥、铜渣按1:1加温到950℃使铁还原出来重金属挥发到收尘器,作熔融分离,余渣再经回转焙烧出球作建筑材料所用,具体步骤在说明书和附图详解。图1为将两种废渣混合磁选出粗铁粉部分。图2为将选出来的粗铁粉制球焙烧部分。图3为将焙烧好的球团破碎80~120目精选纯铁粉部分。图4为图1和图2所产尾矿混合制球焙烧制成建筑陶粒部分,经过以上工艺彻底将两种固废资源化利用。
