The invention discloses a bridge lower subway pilot tunnel construction reinforcing structure which comprises diagonal bracings, longitudinal supporting units, a first grouting reinforcing area, a second grouting reinforcing area and a third grouting reinforcing area, and the multiple longitudinal supporting units are arranged at the bottom of a bridge body; the diagonal bracings are transversely and fixedly arranged between the adjacent bridge bearing platforms; the first grouting reinforcement area is arranged between the diagonal brace and the bridge bearing platform; the second grouting reinforcement areas are arranged at the top and the side part of the subway pilot tunnel; and the third grouting reinforcement area is arranged between the pilot tunnel pile foundation at the bottom of the subway pilot tunnel and the bridge pile foundation. By arranging the grouting reinforcement area, the soil body around the pilot tunnel and the bridge foundation is reinforced, the stability of the bridge foundation is ensured, the hidden danger of bridge collapse caused by soil body looseness is prevented, and great safety guarantee is brought to pilot tunnel construction.
