Indoor spraying robot
The invention discloses an indoor spraying robot which at least comprises a chassis assembly, a mechanical arm, a nozzle assembly and a pumping assembly. The chassis assembly comprises a frame, a traveling wheat wheel, a driving wheel assembly and a follower wheel, wherein the traveling wheat wheel, the driving wheel assembly and the follower wheel are arranged on the frame. The mechanical arm comprises a big arm bracket, a big arm, a big arm motor I and a big arm motor II; the nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle seat, a nozzle branch pipe, a nozzle mounting seat and a nozzle; a mounting plate is fixedly arranged on a connecting shaft at the tail end of the mechanical arm, and the nozzle holder is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate; a hollow cavity is formed in the nozzle seat, and the six nozzle branch pipes are evenly distributed on the nozzle seat in the circumferential direction and communicate with the hollow cavity of the nozzle seat. A nozzle mounting seat for mounting a nozzle is arranged at the tail end of the nozzle branch pipe; the pumping assembly comprises a pipeline connected with an inlet of the nozzle base and a coating pump used for conveying coating in the pipeline in a pressurized mode. The spraying robot can carry the nozzle through the mechanical arm to conduct indoor wall spraying operation.
