Building robot for indoor spraying
The building robot for indoor spraying comprises a shell, universal wheels, a lifting device, a purifying device, a moving device, a spraying device, a material pipe, a feeding opening and an operation panel, the multiple universal wheels are fixedly connected to the lower portion of the shell, and the spraying device moves up, down, left and right through the lifting device and the moving device; and purification devices on the two sides of the spraying device can purify harmful gas in the coating, one side of the spraying device is connected with a material pipe, a feeding opening is formed in the lower portion of the material pipe, and meanwhile an operation panel is arranged on the upper surface of the shell to control the robot. When a user uses the paint spraying device, through arrangement of corresponding structures, harmful gas in paint is adsorbed through activated carbon in the purification devices on the two sides of the spraying device, the harmful gas is prevented from affecting the health of workers, the paint in the paint box can be evenly mixed through vibration, and the situation that the sprayed paint is not uniform is avoided.
本发明公开了一种室内喷涂用建筑机器人,包括壳体、万向轮、升降装置、净化装置、移动装置、喷涂装置、料管、进料口、操作面板,所述壳体下方固定连接多个万向轮,喷涂装置利用升降装置和移动装置上下左右移动,且喷涂装置两侧的净化装置能够对涂料中的有害气体进行净化,喷涂装置一侧连接料管,料管下方设置进料口,同时壳体上表面设置操作面板以对机器人进行控制。本发明能够在使用者使用时,通过相应结构的设置,利用喷涂装置两侧的净化装置内部的活性炭吸附涂料中的有害气体,避免有害气体影响工人健康,且在涂料箱中的涂料能够通过震动混合均匀,避免喷出的涂料不均匀。
