Ceramic material for MAX-phase fuel cladding element, pipe fitting and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic material for an MAX-phase fuel cladding element, a pipe fitting and a preparation method of the pipe fitting. The MAX phase ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of MAX phase ceramic powder; 0.1-5 parts of a sintering aid; 0.5-5 parts of a dispersant; 0.5 to 5 parts of a binder; the preparation process of the fuel cladding thin-wall pipe fitting comprises the following steps: adding the MAX-phase ceramic material into a mold of the fuel cladding thin-wall pipe fitting, and carrying out cold isostatic pressing to obtain a pipe blank of the fuel cladding thin-wall pipe fitting; and sintering the tube blank in a protective atmosphere. According to the preparation method, the fuel cladding thin-wall pipe fitting with the large length-diameter ratio can be effectively prepared, and the prepared fuel cladding thin-wall pipe fitting has the advantages of being uniform in size, high in densification degree, excellent in mechanical property and the like.
