The invention relates to an elevation fine adjustment mechanism capable of adapting to an ultrahigh section. The elevation fine adjustment mechanism comprises an elevation fine adjustment arm, an elevation fine adjustment threaded sleeve suitable for being in threaded connection with an elevation adjustment threaded rod on a track panel, a first elevation driving unit used for driving the elevation fine adjustment arm to rotate around a vertical rotating shaft, and a second elevation driving unit used for driving the elevation fine adjustment threaded sleeve to rotate. The second elevation driving unit is arranged on the elevation fine adjustment arm; and the vertical position of the elevation fine adjustment screw sleeve is adjustable. In addition, the invention further relates to a track panel fine adjustment vehicle adopting the elevation fine adjustment mechanism and a track panel fine adjustment method implemented based on the track panel fine adjustment vehicle. The vertical position of the elevation fine adjustment screw sleeve is designed to be adjustable, and the vertical position of the elevation fine adjustment screw sleeve dynamically adapts to the position of the track panel, so that the elevation fine adjustment mechanism can adapt to track panel fine adjustment operation at different height positions and can also adapt to track panel fine adjustment operation at a curve section, and the track panel fine adjustment efficiency and adjustment precision can be improved.
