Grouted rubble construction process
The invention discloses a grouted rubble construction process which comprises the following steps: S1, before construction, setting out a construction site by a constructor, and confirming a construction position; s2, a foundation pit is excavated, after the position of the foundation pit is confirmed, the foundation pit is excavated manually in cooperation with a machine, and after the foundation pit is excavated, the foundation pit is inspected; s3, foundation manufacturing is conducted, specifically, mortar prepared in advance is poured into the foundation pit which is inspected to be qualified, and the foundation is formed after the mortar is solidified; s4, a wall is built, specifically, mortar is laid on the construction position through a sand laying device, and then stone is built on the mortar; and S5, every time a layer of stone is built, the mortar is laid on the construction position through a sand laying device, and then the stone is built on the mortar till stone building is completed. The construction method has the effects that the situation that mortar needs to be laid on the stones by more workers during stone stacking, so that more constructors are invested, and the construction efficiency is reduced is reduced.
