Original concrete cylindrical structure external steel beam joint and manufacturing and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an external steel beam joint of an original concrete cylinder structure and a manufacturing and mounting method of the external steel beam joint. The external steel beam joint comprises an original concrete cylinder, an inverted-cone-shaped adhesive anchor bolt, a reinforcing bracket ring, a circular steel pipe, a steel beam and a connecting plate. The round steel pipe is arranged on the periphery of the concrete cylinder in a sleeving manner and fixedly connected with the concrete cylinder through an inverted-cone-shaped adhesive anchor bolt; the reinforcing bracket ring surrounds the round steel pipe by a circle and is fixedly connected with the round steel pipe in a welded mode, the periphery of the reinforcing bracket ring is divided into four quadrants, and the quadrant area is fixedly connected with the steel beam through a connecting plate. The invention further discloses a manufacturing and mounting method of the external steel beam joint of the original concrete cylindrical structure. The problems that in traditional construction, when an original structural column is dismantled for construction again, the construction period is long, the construction difficulty is large, and green construction is not met are solved; in a new project, the construction node can compress the construction time, enhance the construction quality and solve the problem that the structural column cannot be formed at one time. The method has the advantages of clear connection nodes, simple construction process and low construction cost.
