The invention relates to a silicon-based ceramic non-dismantling formwork shear wall which is firmer in structure and higher in compression resistance and a construction technology for manufacturing the shear wall. The silicon-based ceramic non-dismantling formwork shear wall comprises a wall body and a silicon-based ceramic plate, and is characterized in that gridding cloth is arranged on the outer side face of the silicon-based ceramic plate, a T-shaped connecting piece is arranged on the silicon-based ceramic plate in a penetrating mode, the T-shaped connecting piece comprises a head portion and a rod portion, the head portion of the T-shaped connecting piece acts on the gridding cloth, and the rod portion of the T-shaped connecting piece acts on the gridding cloth.
