Non-dismantling formwork shear wall
The invention discloses a non-dismantling formwork shear wall which comprises a prefabricated formwork (100), a shaping reinforcement cage (200) and a detachable opposite-pulling piece (300) and is characterized in that the prefabricated formwork (100) is a fiber-reinforced high-performance cement-based prefabricated slab and is provided with an embedded light cushion block (20), the outer side face (1) of the prefabricated formwork (100) is a smooth surface, and the inner side face (2) of the prefabricated formwork (100) is a rough surface with outwards-extending steel fibers (3) and grooves (4); the shaped reinforcement cage (200) is provided with positioning pipes (5), the positions of the positioning pipes (5) are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the embedded light cushion blocks (20) in the prefabricated formworks (100), and the length of the positioning pipes (5) is consistent with the inner clearance size between the two prefabricated formworks (100); the detachable opposite-pulling piece (300) penetrates through the embedded light cushion block (20) and the positioning pipe (5), and pre-tightening force is exerted by tightening the fastening nuts (8) at the two ends, so that the shaped reinforcement cage (200) and the prefabricated formwork (100) are combined. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated formworks on the periphery of the non-dismantling formwork shear wall and the shaping reinforcement cage are combined in the mode that prefabrication is conducted firstly and then assembly is conducted, and the non-dismantling formwork shear wall has the advantages of being easy to produce, efficient in assembly and the like; and a rough surface with overhanging steel fibers and grooves is formed on the inner surface of the template in a high-pressure water jet washing manner, so that the bonding force between the prefabricated template and internal cast-in-place concrete can be remarkably improved. The method has a good application prospect in prefabricated buildings.
本发明公开了一种免拆模板剪力墙,包括预制模板(100)、定型钢筋笼(200)、可拆卸式对拉件(300),其特征在于:所述预制模板(100)为纤维增强高性能水泥基预制板,带有预埋轻质垫块(20),且其外侧面(1)为光洁表面,而内侧面(2)是带有外伸钢纤维(3)与沟槽(4)的粗糙面;所述定型钢筋笼(200)设置定位管(5),其位置与预制模板(100)中的预埋轻质垫块(20)一一对应,且长度与两个预制模板(100)之间的内净空尺寸一致;所述可拆卸式对拉件(300)贯穿预埋轻质垫块(20)和定位管(5),并通过拧紧两端的紧固螺母(8)施加预紧力,将定型钢筋笼(200)和预制模板(100)结合起来。相比于已有技术,本发明的免拆模板剪力墙,其外围的预制模板与定型钢筋笼采用先预制、后拼装的方式进行组合,具有生产简单、装配高效等优势;并通过高压水射流冲刷的方式,在模板的内表面形成带有外伸钢纤维和沟槽的粗糙面,能显著提升预制模板与内部现浇混凝土的粘结力。本发明在装配式建筑中具有良好的应用前景。
