Weight-reducing reinforced superposed beam and preparation process thereof
The weight-reducing reinforced superposed beam comprises two sets of steel bar cross beams, first connecting lugs are fixedly arranged at the top ends and the bottom ends of the two sets of steel bar cross beams, steel bar frames are hinged to the interiors of the multiple sets of first connecting lugs, and second connecting lugs are hinged to the tops of the multiple steel bar frames; according to the weight-reducing reinforced superposed beam and the preparation process thereof, after the top bars hinged to the tops of the steel bar frames and the bottom bars hinged to the bottoms of the steel bar frames are arranged in the superposed beam during installation, the interiors of the limiting insertion holes are limited through the limiting insertion rods, and therefore the weight-reducing reinforced superposed beam is obtained; and after concrete is poured, an auxiliary reinforcing effect on the steel bar frame can be achieved when the concrete shrinks and is heated to expand, the use strength of the superposed beam is improved, and the service life of the superposed beam is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种减重加强型叠合梁及其制备工艺,包括两组钢筋横梁:两组钢筋横梁的顶端和底端均固定设有第一连接耳,多组所述第一连接耳的内部均铰接设有钢筋架,多个所述钢筋架的顶部均铰接设有第二连接耳,多个所述第二连接耳的顶端均与顶杠的底部和底杠的顶部固定连接,本发明一种减重加强型叠合梁及其制备工艺,铰接钢筋架顶部的顶杠和钢筋架底部的底杠在安装的时候置于其内部后,通过限位插杆对限位插孔内部进行限位,增加钢筋横梁的强度,混凝土在浇筑后,可以在混凝土收缩以及受热膨胀的时候起到对钢筋架的辅助增强效果,增加叠合梁的使用强度,增加其使用的寿命。
