The invention provides a negative pressure grouting construction process for fractured stratum.The negative pressure grouting construction process comprises the following steps that the distribution range of a curtain wall is determined, the two sides of the distribution range are each provided with at least one column of grouting hole set, and each column of grouting hole set comprises a plurality of grouting holes distributed in the extending direction of the distribution range; three adjacent grouting holes distributed in a triangular shape are defined as grouting units, and negative pressure holes are formed in the outer centers of the grouting units; the multiple grouting holes are filled with prefabricated grout; and pumping air in the negative pressure hole to form a negative pressure environment until seeping slurry appears in the negative pressure hole. According to the negative pressure grouting construction technology for the fractured stratum, when grouting is conducted from the grouting holes, the negative pressure holes pump liquid outwards, diffusion of grout is guided through the negative pressure effect of the negative pressure holes, and the situation that the grout is diffused around the grouting holes at will is avoided.
