Steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material
The invention relates to a steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70 to 80 parts of steel slag; 5 to 10 parts of slag; 4-8 parts of fly ash; 5 to 10 parts of magnesia; and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a cross-linked polymer. According to the steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material prepared by the invention, three typical industrial wastes, namely the slag, the fly ash and the magnesia, are used for replacing part of the steel slag, and alkaline oxides and amphoteric oxides in the components stimulate carbonation reaction of the steel slag and CO2, so that effective curing of the carbon dioxide is realized. In addition, mineral carbonization maintenance of the steel slag-based carbon sequestration building material prepared by the invention is an effective way which has a wide application prospect and can simultaneously realize large-scale CO2 sequestration and low-economic production of the building material.
本发明涉及一种钢渣基固碳建筑材料,其原料按质量分数计包括以下成分:钢渣:70‑80份;炉渣:5‑10份;粉煤灰4‑8份;镁砂:5‑10份;交联聚合物0.1‑0.3份。本发明制备的钢渣基固碳建筑材料利用炉渣、粉煤灰和镁砂三种典型工业废弃物替代部分钢渣,其成分中的碱性氧化物和两性氧化物刺激了钢渣和CO2的碳酸化反应,实现二氧化碳有效固化。此外,本发明制备的钢渣基固碳建筑材料的矿物碳化养护是一种有广泛应用前景可以同时实现大规模CO2封存和低经济生产建筑材料的有效途径。
