The invention provides fluidized bed equipment for carbon sequestration of steel slag. The fluidized bed equipment comprises a feeding mechanism, a fluidized bed reactor, a water inlet mechanism, a gas inlet mechanism, a gas circulating mechanism, a feeding hole and a discharging hole, the feeding mechanism comprises a stock bin and a first material conveying device, and the first material conveying device is communicated with the feeding port and used for conveying materials into the fluidized bed reactor; the second material conveying device is arranged at the bottom of the fluidized bed reactor and uniformly distributes fed materials to the bottom of the fluidized bed reactor; the air inlet mechanism is used for blowing CO2 into the fluidized bed reactor from the air inlet and driving fed materials to suspend in the fluidized bed reactor; water sprayed by the water inlet mechanism is subjected to carbonization reaction with the suspended feed and CO2; the gas circulating mechanism comprises a gas outlet formed in the top of the fluidized bed reactor and a gas circulating pipeline, and the gas circulating pipeline is communicated with the gas inlet pipeline; the discharging port and the feeding port are located on the two opposite sides of the fluidized bed, the feeding port is higher than the discharging port, and the second conveying device conveys reactants after reaction to be output from the discharging port. The invention also provides a carbon sequestration method.
