The invention discloses a steel slag carbon sequestration reaction device. The steel slag carbon sequestration reaction device comprises a reaction tank (2) and an induced draft fan (6), the reaction tank can do fixed-axis rotation motion based on the central axis of the reaction tank; a gas inlet pipe opening (23) and a gas outlet pipe opening (24) are formed in the reaction tank; the exhaust pipe opening is communicated with the atmosphere, and an exhaust valve is arranged at the exhaust pipe opening; an air inlet of the induced draft fan is communicated to a carbon dioxide emission source, and an air outlet of the induced draft fan is communicated to an air inlet pipe orifice of the reaction tank; a spiral plate (21) and a plurality of frying plates are arranged in the reaction tank, and the spiral plate is arranged on the basis of the inner wall of the reaction tank. The reaction tank is controlled to periodically rotate forwards and backwards, the frying plate in the reaction tank can repeatedly stir-fry and stir the steel slag, the steel slag in the reaction tank is in full contact with the flue gas, and the carbon dioxide gas component in the flue gas is absorbed and solidified by the steel slag.
