The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous white calcomanite bioactive ceramic scaffold, which comprises the following steps: immersing porous calcium phosphate ceramic in a reaction solution A containing magnesium ions and a phosphorus source, heating to 120-200 DEG C, carrying out hydrothermal reaction for 6-48 hours, washing the product with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol after the reaction is finished, and drying to obtain an intermediate product; and sintering the intermediate product at the temperature of 500-700 DEG C to obtain the porous white calcium stone bioactive ceramic bracket. The porous calcium phosphate ceramic is tricalcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite or a biphase substance composed of tricalcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite, and the molar ratio of Ca to P is 1.50-1.67. The mass volume ratio of the porous calcium phosphate ceramic to the reaction solution is 5-30 mg/mL. The porous white calcium stone bioactive ceramic scaffold prepared by the invention has a three-dimensional through pore structure, excellent mechanical properties, no cytotoxicity of the material, and remarkable vascularization and osteogenesis promoting capabilities, and meets the requirements of clinical bone defect regeneration and repair.
本发明公开了一种多孔白磷钙石生物活性陶瓷支架的制备方法,首先将多孔磷酸钙陶瓷浸没于含有镁离子和磷源的反应溶液A中,加热至120~200℃,水热反应6h~48h,待反应结束后将产物用去离子水、无水乙醇洗涤并干燥,得到中间产物;然后将中间产物在500~700℃条件下烧结,得到多孔白磷钙石生物活性陶瓷支架。所述多孔磷酸钙陶瓷为磷酸三钙、羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙与羟基磷灰石组成的双相物,Ca、P的摩尔比为1.50~1.67。多孔磷酸钙陶瓷与反应溶液的质量体积比为5~30mg/mL。本发明制备的多孔白磷钙石生物活性陶瓷支架具有三维贯通的孔隙结构,力学性能优良,材料无细胞毒性且在促血管化、促成骨能力显著,满足临床骨缺损再生修复的要求。
