Intelligent tower building device for steel tower construction
The invention discloses an intelligent tower building device for steel tower construction, which comprises a plurality of tower building units, each tower building unit is correspondingly arranged on each outer side surface of a steel tower, and each tower building unit comprises a construction device; the intelligent climbing device is arranged to climb along the outer wall surface of the constructed steel tower bearing body, and the construction device is connected to the intelligent climbing device; the intelligent lifting system is arranged to lift constructors to different heights of the construction device; the working system comprises an automatic welding system, an automatic detection system, an automatic spraying system and an intelligent maintenance system which are all integrated on the construction device; and an intelligent control system. All the devices and systems are integrated on the construction device, the intelligent climbing device climbs to drive the tower building device to climb and construct at the same time, section-by-section construction of the steel tower, factory processing of all components of the whole tower building device and modular installation on site are achieved, and therefore the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the construction device are improved.
