The invention relates to a rotatable inclinometer device for observing the horizontal displacement of the deep layer of a cast-in-place pile, which comprises an outer sleeve vertically arranged in a reinforcement cage and a rotatable inclinometer vertically inserted in the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve comprises a plurality of outer sleeve sections which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, every two adjacent outer sleeve pipe joints are connected through a first connecting piece. The inclinometer pipe comprises a plurality of inclinometer pipe sections which are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction, every two adjacent inclinometer pipe sections are connected through a second connecting piece, and a plurality of rotating wheels used for being in rolling connection with the inner wall of the outer sleeve pipe section are arranged on the peripheral side portion of each second connecting piece. The inclinometer is reasonable in structural design, the inclinometer pipe is rotatably arranged in the outer sleeve, reliable rotation of the inclinometer pipe in the outer sleeve is achieved through the rotating wheel, the measurement precision is improved, and the defect that a traditional inclinometer pipe is single in measurement angle and inaccurate is overcome; and meanwhile, the inclinometer pipe can be repeatedly utilized, so that green utilization of the inclinometer pipe is realized.
本发明涉及一种用于观测灌注桩深层水平位移的可旋转式测斜管装置,包括竖直设置在钢筋笼内部的外部套管、竖直插设在外部套管内部并可旋转的测斜管,外部套管包括若干个沿竖向依次设置的外套管管节,相邻两个外套管管节之间通过第一连接件相连接;测斜管包括若干个沿竖向依次设置的测斜管管节,相邻两个测斜管管节之间通过第二连接件相连接,第二连接件的周侧部设有若干个用于与外套管管节的内壁滚动连接的转轮。本发明结构设计合理,通过将测斜管可转动的设置在外部套管内部,且利用转轮实现测斜管在外部套管内部可靠转动,提高了测量精度,克服传统测斜管测量角度单一且不准确的短板;同时测斜管可重复利用,实现了测斜管的绿色化利用。
