In the using process, the original terrain ground does not need to be excavated, and underground pipelines are prevented from being damaged; the surface environment, landscaping and surrounding environment are not damaged, and urban construction pollution and noise pollution are reduced; the construction operation is simple, less equipment is used, and the construction period is short; the construction cost is low; vital communication lines are not occupied; and the sewage intercepting effect is ensured, rain and sewage diversion is achieved, and the construction period is effectively controlled while the cost is reduced.
